The Asus ROG Phone 6 series is now available in India. The series includes two smartphones: the Asus ROG Phone 6 and the Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro. Both of these handsets are available through Vijay Sales‘ online and offline locations.
The flagship characteristics of the smartphone series include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, a 6,000mAh battery, and an AMOLED display.
Asus ROG Phone 6 series
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU powers both the Asus ROG Phone 6 and the Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro. The clock speed of the chipset is 3.2GHz. The device features the ROG GameCool 6 cooling system.
As previously stated, the ROG Phone 6 has 12GB of RAM, whereas the Pro has 18GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. The gaming devices have a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 165 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 720Hz. The display supports HDR10+ and has a touch latency of 23ms.
The handsets are protected by a layer of Corning’s Gorilla Glass Victus on top. On the rear of both smartphones is a triple camera setup.
Asus ROG Phone 6 Camera and Display
The Asus ROG Phone 6 features a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The device’s bezel-less display has a 20:4:9 aspect ratio. And a pixel density of 395ppi, with a resolution of 1080 x 2448 pixels.
On the back of the device, Asus has included a triple camera arrangement consisting of a 50MP primary camera, a 13MP ultra wide angle lens, and a 5MP macro camera. Back camera features include continuous shooting, face detection, HDR mode, LED flash, touch to focus, and digital zoom. On the front is a huge 12MP selfie-shooting lens.
