OnePlus flagship smartphone OnePlus 11, is about to make the entry soon. Rumors and leaks began after the introduction of the OnePlus 10T in August. Several reports are now online, including confirmation that OnePlus 11 will have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The next big flagship from the OnePlus might get Matte Black and Glossy Green hues.

Max Jambor of the German publication AllAboutSamsung made the disclosure. Jambor’s track record has been quite good in the past.

Jambor earlier disputed that the OnePlus 11 would have a ceramic body. And also while agreeing with other reports that the flagship would use UFS 4.0 storage. That is substantially quicker than UFS 3.1, with an aim to improve battery efficiency.

The OnePlus 11 includes UFS 4.0 storage, which seems sensible considering that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

We assume that the Matte Black option would look similar to the OnePlus 10T’s present sandstone texture. And it’s fantastic to see that OnePlus appears to be continuing that pattern, especially with its fingerprint repelling features.

More than the colours, customers are likely to want OnePlus to address some existing faults. Which includes the incorrect positioning of the fingerprint scanner on the OnePlus 10T. Furthermore, there is optimism that the OnePlus 11 will include the alert slider. That was last seen on the OnePlus 10 Pro but was missing from the 10T. Surprisingly, this was the first OnePlus flagship to lack the distinctive alert slider.

While no release date has been announced, the OnePlus 11 could be delivered early next year if the firm follows the same launch timetable as the OnePlus 10 Pro.
